Module 3 DISC Personality Profile
Dr. William Marston developed the DISC Personality Profile in the 1920’s. Over the years the DISC personality profile has been used in many different disciplines to educate the student not only on the strengths and possible blind spots of their own personality style, but also how their personality style may differ from that of teammates or coworkers, and how they can better work together.
Currently the DISC is used at both the professional and collegiate levels to help increase athlete confidence by showing how the athlete’s skills and abilities fit into the overall team’s success.
As part of the SPoX Coaching program the athlete will take the DISC assessment and have the opportunity to review their results during a 1-hour one-on-one coaching session with a SPoX coach.
